01. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or utilizing any feature of GetDropSonar ('Service', 'Platform', 'We'), you ('User', 'Subscriber') explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

02. Description of Service & Credit System

GetDropSonar provides automated competitor intelligence, Shopify product audit reports, estimated COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), supplier match telemetry, and store surveillance analytics.

• Credit Usage: Performing a Product Audit consumes 2 Credits. Deep calculations or specialized unlock actions consume specified credits as displayed in the UI.
• Non-Refundable Credits: Credits purchased via Whop checkout or granted through promotional events are non-refundable once consumed.
• Credit Protection: Invalid input attempts (such as supplier links blocked by our platform guard) will not deduct credits from user accounts.

03. Acceptable Use Policy & Competitor Ethics

GetDropSonar is designed strictly for competitive research, product validation, and market analysis for e-commerce operators and dropshippers.

04. Billing, Payment & Whop Integration

All financial transactions, credit top-ups, and subscription tier upgrades are securely processed through our official merchant partner, Whop Payments.

• GetDropSonar does not store or process raw credit card or banking details directly on our servers.
• Billing inquiries, chargebacks, or subscription cancellations must be managed through your Whop buyer portal or by contacting GetDropSonar support.

05. Disclaimer of Warranties & Profit Accuracy

GetDropSonar estimates profit margins, supplier costs, and winning scores using telemetry scraping and AI algorithms. While we strive for maximum accuracy:

'All metrics provided by GetDropSonar are for strategic estimation purposes only. Actual advertising costs (ROAS), supplier negotiation pricing, and shipping tariffs may vary depending on external market conditions.'

06. Account Security & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms of Service or engaging in malicious activity against the GetDropSonar infrastructure without prior notice.
